Step 4: Install the Verse of the Day Plugin

Installing the Verse of the Day plugin is an optional step. If your desire is only to enable the parsing feature, then you do not need to install the plugin. However, to use the Verse of the Day feature, you must install the plugin on one or more of your pages.

1. Begin by adding a Header to the plugin (1). If you do not want the header to be visible in the Frontend, choose Hidden in the Type dropdown box (2).

2. There are only two options available for the Verse of the Day plugin.  

1. Default Translation: Choose a default translation for the Verse of the Day. If you leave this blank, the New International Version will be used. (3)

2. Allow user to choose translation: When enabled, Frontend users can select their preferred translation (4). Registered users have the option to set this in the Account Settings so that their preference is displayed by default when they are logged into the site.

1. When you have completed making the changes, Save the Flexform. The Verse of the Day will be available on your page immediately.
