Step 2: Obtain and Install the eBible API Key

The eBible API key is necessary for your church/ministry website to connect and communicate with the eBible.com site. You can obtain the API key by navigating to www.eBible.com/toolkit/developers. Follow the directions to receive your key. You will need to register your site in order to obtain the key. Once you have received the API key, copy the key onto your computer's clipboard.

   Refer to Illustration 7. Open the WEC eBible Admin tool (1).

2. Type or paste the eBible API Key into the API field (2).

3. Click the Submit button (3) to activate the eBible extension on your website.
